In World War II the Aerial Gunner Badge (Wings) was awarded to gunner of a combat crew. The badge was established on April 29, 1943. This is a very well made cast sterling silver museum quality reproduction of this 1 3/8 inch wing with pin back. This size was worn on the Overseas hat, against regulations, or given to a mother or girlfriend as a sweetheart pin.
