In World War II the Navigator Wing was awarded to graduates of the AAF Aerial Navigation Course. The wing was established on Sept 4,1942. This is a very well made reproduction of the very rare overseas hat or sweetheart wing also called a mini which is 1 3/8 inch with pin back in sterling silver of these wings in single piece construction. This is a very hard to find mini.
