This is a museum quality reproduction of the famous WWII Bull War Eagles. They are a war eagle but oversized to a full 2 inches. Never authorized but made for the winter overcoat. The regular eagles looked small on the overcoat so someone started to make these. They got a nickname of Bull Colonel because of their massive looking size. They are very hard to find in sterling.
