World War I Moustache Wing as shown on page 26 and 29 of Terry Morris's book, United States Army Air Service Wing Badges - Uniforms and Insignia 1913-1918. The wings that are shown are a museum quality reproduction of Pilot Wings in the Moustache design. The original designer is believed to be Eisenstadt Company of St. Louis, MO. This museum quality reproduction is handmade of Sterling Silver with the letters US gold plated. The silver parts are mounted on a brass plate, which is covered by the wool cloth.
