This is a museum quality reproduction of the famous WWI British Navy Submarine Badge in sterling silver. It has a pin back just as the original badge. This was an unofficial badge used in the British Navy for enlisled serving in the Royal Navy on the Subs. At that time no insignia existed for those who served on submarines. It was also used as a sweetheart pin.
