WW II Flight Nurse Wings. These are a very well made museum quality reproduction with two part construction based on the NS Meyer design in Sterling Silver of the second type of Flight Nurse wings that were authorized on September 12, 1944. The first type were gold in color and the second silver to match all other AAF wings. This is a 2inch wing with pin back in two part construction.
